Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Board-Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and public speaker with a degree in Clinical Nutrition. I am also a busy mom of two and the founder of Elizabeth Link Wellness, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals restore metabolic health, resilience, and vitality through a root-cause approach to nutrition.
My work sits at the intersection of ancestral nutrition, functional testing, and whole-body physiology. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a nutrition lead within a federal agency human performance program, where I contribute to initiatives supporting the health and resilience of high-performing professionals. Much of my work focuses on female physiology, metabolic health, and the unique hormonal landscape women navigate across the lifespan.
My passion for this work grew out of my own struggles with food, energy, and health. Those experiences led me deep into the study of holistic and ancestral nutrition and ultimately shaped the approach I now bring to my clients.
Today, my work blends the timeless nutritional wisdom observed by Dr. Weston A. Price with modern clinical tools and functional lab testing. Through personalized nutrition strategies and a framework I developed called the Nutritional Order of Operations, I help clients identify what their body needs—and in what order—to restore balance and build sustainable health.
Whether someone is navigating chronic fatigue, blood sugar instability, gut dysfunction, burnout, or hormonal shifts, my goal is simple: to help people reclaim their vitality so they can stop merely surviving and start living with strength, clarity, and purpose. If
you’re ready to take ownership of your health in a grounded, sustainable way, I would be honored to help guide the process.
